Somebody STOLE the bike! The moron used two locks to keep it safe, but the lock needs to go thru the frame. Here, it only locked the wheels, and the theif simply loosened the tires and stole the frame.
how would that be photoshopped douche-bag? even if the frame wasn’t stolen which it which it more then likely was, someone could of done it as a joke…dumbass.
